Thank you for visiting pheonix photography for real estate.
My name is Bruce Gannon and I have been shooting people, places and things for over 30 years.
While a student at Wentworth College I studied architecture before earning my degree in mechanical engineering.
While I did change majors I never lost my passion and appreciation for architecture. I bring my photographic eye
for detail as well as my eye for presentation effectiveness to every shoot.
Whether it's a senior portrait, prom, wedding or rock concert my focus is the same,
"let the picture tell the story."
This is a trying time economically and there are many that may think this is a bad time to launch a service that
some may view as unnecessary. "We can take pictures ourselves."
You're right you can but how do you make your money?
Taking pictures or selling?
The process is simple.

1. This is a contract for services rendered. You'll be hiring pheonix photography as would any retail
client.
2. You provide a list of properties you are "listing" even MLS listed properties
(if you could provide a list on a weekly basis to try and better schedule shoots that would be great
but we can discuss the particulars)
3. I will have a standard form which I will fill out in addition to taking 4-6 exterior shots of the
property.
4. I will take shots from the street and showing at least 2 elevations focusing on key architectural
elements.
5. Any "special" features will be photographed (pool, tennis courts, etc).
6. If interior shots are required there will be an additional charge and there must be 24 hours
advance notice minimum.
7. I will submit (electronically) every evening pictures taken as well as forms completed to be in
your office the next business day.
8. I will invoice you for work performed on Thursday for payment on Friday.
Fees:
1. Basic service: $25.00 for residential/ $50.00 commercial (4-6 exterior shots plus the form)
2. Interior: $15.00/ room
3. Extra exterior, showing neighboring properties, etc $25.00 4-6 additional
